- No data stored by us. Our product is a Google Sheets template. Once downloaded, it lives entirely in your personal Google Drive. We have no access to it.
- Contact enquiries. If you email us at support@weddingplanninghub.store, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message solely to respond to you.
- Website analytics. We may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics (e.g., page view counts) that do not track individuals.
3 How Etsy Handles Your Data
All purchases are processed through Etsy. When you buy our template, Etsy collects your name, email, payment details, and shipping address (if applicable) in accordance with Etsy's Privacy Policy. We receive only the information Etsy provides to sellers — typically your display name and, where necessary, a delivery email for the digital download.
We do not store, sell, or share any payment information. We never see your full credit card details.
4 How Your Template Data Is Stored
Our product is a Google Sheets template. All wedding planning data you enter — guest lists, budgets, vendor details — is stored directly in your Google Drive account, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- We have no access to your Google Drive or the data you enter into the template.
- You are in full control of your data at all times.
- You can delete or share the template file as you would any Google Sheets document.
5 How We Use Your Information
The limited information we do receive is used only to:
- Respond to customer support enquiries
- Deliver the digital product via Etsy's download system
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data to third parties.
