1 About Wedding Planning Hub

Wedding Planning Hub ("we," "us," or "our") sells digital wedding planning templates through our Etsy shop at weddingplanninghub.store. Our products are Google Sheets-based templates designed to help couples organise every detail of their wedding day.

By purchasing from us, you ("the buyer" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2 Digital Product — No Physical Goods

All products sold by Wedding Planning Hub are digital downloads. You will receive a link to a Google Sheets template that you copy directly into your own Google Drive account. No physical item will be shipped.

• Delivery is instant upon confirmed payment via Etsy.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have a Google account to access the template.
• We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact details provided at checkout.

3 No Refund Policy

If you experience a technical issue accessing your template (e.g., a broken download link), please contact us at support@weddingplanninghub.store and we will make it right.

This no-refund policy is consistent with Etsy's Digital Downloads policy and applicable consumer protection law for digital goods where the download has already been initiated.

4 License — One Purchase, One User

When you purchase a Wedding Planning Hub template, you receive a single-use personal license. This license grants you the right to:

• Make one copy of the template into your own Google Drive account.
• Customise the template for your personal wedding planning use.
• Share view-only or editing access with your partner and immediate wedding party for your own event.

One purchase covers one person's or one couple's wedding. If you are planning weddings professionally, a separate license is required for each client.

5 Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell or redistribute the template — in original or modified form — on Etsy, other marketplaces, or your own website.
• Share the download link publicly or provide it to others who have not purchased a license.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the template design or structure.
• Use the template commercially to provide planning services to others without purchasing an appropriate commercial license.
• Remove or obscure any copyright notices or branding within the template.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action and/or reporting to Etsy for intellectual property infringement.

6 Intellectual Property

The Wedding Planning Hub template — including its design, structure, layout, formulas, and content — is the original intellectual property of Wedding Planning Hub and is protected by copyright law. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our templates are provided "as is." While we take great care in their design and accuracy, Wedding Planning Hub makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding:

• The suitability of the template for any particular purpose.
• The accuracy of any budget estimates, checklists, or timelines included.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access via Google Sheets.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information entered into or generated by the template.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Planning Hub's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9 Etsy's Role

Purchases are made through Etsy, which acts as the payment processor and marketplace platform. Etsy's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to your transaction. Any payment disputes are handled through Etsy's buyer and seller protection programmes.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
